About
HOPE. INSPIRE.
NO REGRETS.
In 2008, my life changed forever.
During my second tour of Afghanistan, as a Section Commander in the Royal Engineers, I stepped on an IED (Improvised Explosive Device).
I lost my left leg above my knee, and sustained heavy injuries to my right leg.
But I've not let that stop me.
If someone said to me 'You're going to join the military, and you're going to get blown up by an IED and lose a leg, but you're going to go on and do all of these amazing things.' I would still join.
